Products and orders

We sell home textiles for adult and general household use. Product pages describe the material, nominal dimensions and package contents. Colors can vary between screens, and small measurement variations can occur. Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you about a correction, cancellation or refund rather than charge an unapproved revised amount.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in USD. Available payment methods, any applicable tax and the final total appear before an order is placed. Standard shipping within the United States is free with no minimum purchase. Processing is 1–2 business days and estimated transit is 3–5 business days. See the Shipping Policy and Payment Policy.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Eligible unused items may be submitted for a return request within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return costs and refund timing are explained in the Returns & Refund Policy. Exchange, cancellation and address-change requests must be made promptly and depend on stock and order status.
