Refund policy

30-day return requests

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where supplied. Please provide your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return costs

For a change of mind or a buyer-selected size or color, the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent a wrong or defective item, we cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use a trackable mailing service and retain proof of postage.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. This contact window does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Exchanges and cancellation
