Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 3–5 business days: an estimated total of 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The daily cutoff is 15:00 Eastern Time; orders after the cutoff start processing the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates. See the Shipping Policy.

What is included with bedding?

Check each product page. The duvet-cover set contains one empty cover and two shams, without inserts. Pillowcase pairs contain two empty cases. Sheet sets list every piece and its dimensions.

How do I choose a size?

Measure your mattress, pillow or tabletop, then compare the listing dimensions. For fitted sheets, check the mattress depth. For table linens, allow for your preferred overhang. Dimensions are nominal.

How should I wash the textiles?

Follow the item’s care instructions. Most listed cotton items are machine washed cold with like colors, without bleach, and tumble dried low. Wash towels before first use and avoid fabric softener. Use a non-slip pad with the bath mat.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible unused, unwashed items in original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. Buyers pay buyer-remorse return shipping; we cover reasonable costs for our errors. Exchanges depend on availability. See the Returns & Refund Policy.

When will my refund be issued?

Approved return refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the credit.

How do I track or change an order?

Use the carrier tracking link when provided in your dispatch email. If you need help, email us with your order number. Changes and cancellations depend on order status and are not guaranteed after dispatch.
