Every product lists its package contents. Duvet covers and pillowcases are sold without inserts; towel and napkin listings show the piece count.

Follow each item's care instructions. Wash with like colors, avoid bleach and use low heat. Wash towels before their first use and avoid fabric softener.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, for an estimated total of 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday. The order cutoff is 15:00 Eastern Time. Can I return an item?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return of an unused, unwashed item in its original condition, with original packaging and tags where supplied. No restocking fee applies. Buyer-remorse return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cover reasonable return costs for our errors. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
Are duvet and pillow inserts included?
No. Duvet-cover sets contain the cover and listed shams. Pillowcase pairs contain two empty cases. The product page lists the exact contents for each item.
