Shipping policy
We deliver orders within the United States only. All prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: estimated 3–5 business days.
- Total delivery estimate: 4–7 business days after order processing begins.
- Processing and transit business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Daily cutoff: 15:00 Eastern Time, using America/New_York daylight-saving rules. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions and address issues can cause delays. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you with available options.
Dispatch and tracking
When tracking is available, we send the carrier details to the email address used for the order. If your shipment appears delayed or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Address corrections
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible about a correction. We can only change the address if the order has not progressed too far; a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after dispatch.
