Exchange Policy

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if you would like to exchange an unused, unwashed item in its original condition, with original packaging and tags where supplied. Tell us your order number and the replacement item you would like.

Availability and process

Exchanges depend on current stock and are not guaranteed. We will confirm the available option before you return an item. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, you can return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping and price differences

For buyer-choice exchanges, the buyer pays return shipping. Standard U.S. shipping on a replacement order is free. Any price difference will be explained before a replacement order is placed. We cover reasonable return costs when the exchange is needed because we sent a wrong or defective item. No restocking fee applies.
