Payment Policy

Orders are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept the card payment methods available at checkout through ONERWAY (Direct). Enabled card brands include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Visa Electron and Maestro; availability can depend on your card issuer and checkout eligibility.

Prices and taxes

The product price and order total are shown before you place an order. Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not add a separate payment-processing surcharge.

Payment processing

Payment is subject to your card issuer and the payment provider approving the transaction. If a payment is declined, check your billing details or contact your issuer. Do not email full card numbers, card security codes or passwords to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We issue them within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting an eligible return; bank posting time is additional. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
